My name is Barr. Refaat H Morgan. the legal representative to the late American  couple Mr. and Mrs. Fitzpatrick. Since the demise of this my Client  I personally has watched with keen interest to see the next of kin but all has proved abortive as no one has come to claim his funds which has been with the COMPANY here in  Egypt.
 
Meanwhile, I have made several attempts to claim this fund as his personal attorney on my own but the COMPANY  refuse to release the fund to me stating that I should present a second party before the fund can be release to me for security reason.
 
On this note, I decided to seek for whom his or her  name shall be used as the Next of Kin as no one has come up to be the next of kin. And the Company code of conduct  here does not allow such money to stay more than 10 years as the might accomulate excess dumorage.This fund have been tagged dormant and can be  recalled to the company treasury as unclaimed after this period.
 
In view of this I will make sure that I go extra mile to get a responsible person whom I will present to the company as the next of Kin to the deceased Mr. Fitzpatrick. Someone who is trustworthy and will not betray nor try to blackmail me.
